Dry Carbon Construction (Autoclave-Cured Premium Manufacturing)

Paktechz manufactures all components using true dry carbon fiber, cured in an autoclave for superior rigidity, reduced weight, and exceptionally clean weave clarity. Unlike wet-laid or infusion carbon, dry carbon uses pre-preg fiber sheets and controlled high-pressure curing to achieve:

  • precise, distortion-free edge transitions
  • consistent and flawless weave alignment
  • improved structural stiffness
  • reduced resin pooling or micro-imperfections
  • a distinctly premium finish suited for performance platforms

This process positions Paktechz among the highest-tier carbon aero manufacturers serving European performance vehicles.

Why Choose Paktechz?

Paktechz is known for premium mold development, tight fitment tolerances, and exceptional surface quality across European sport models. Their dry carbon canards deliver a refined OEM+ aesthetic with long-term stability and lightweight strength.
